Planetary Society was  formerly known as Hyderabad Planetary Society/Universal Scientific Promotions is one of the leading organizations promoting the subject of astronomy for the benefit of student community and general public since last 6 years in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

             Society believes in social engineering by bringing perspective change towards protection of Planet Earth with life, while promoting Astronomy. At present society operates in 5 Districts in State of Andhra Pradesh, India i.e. Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy, Medak, Nizambad, Visakapatnam, Guntur actively. Whereas it co-ordinates its various activities all over India with the help of Member Organizations all over India.
